RenewMe ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the RenewMe mobile application ("App").

RenewMe is designed with privacy in mind. Here is what the app does and does not collect:

Information stored locally on your device:

• Document names (e.g. Passport, Visa, Driving License)
• Document holder names
• Document numbers and ID numbers
• Photos or scans of your documents
• Document expiry dates
• Notification preferences

Information we do NOT collect:

• Financial information
• Location data
• Contacts or call logs

The information you enter into RenewMe is used solely for the following purposes:

• To display your documents in the app dashboard
• To send you local push notifications before your documents expire
• To calculate expiry status (Expired, Due Soon, Safe)
• To remember your notification preferences

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than those listed above.

All data you enter in RenewMe is stored locally on your device using SQLite database and SharedPreferences. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not backed up to any cloud server by us
• Is deleted when you uninstall the App
• Is your sole responsibility to back up if needed

RenewMe uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Services — for app distribution and updates.

These services have their own privacy policies and data practices, which we encourage you to review.

RenewMe displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob. These ads help keep the app free for all users.

AdMob may use cookies and device identifiers to show personalised or non-personalised ads based on your activity. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting your device's ad settings:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → Limit Ad Tracking

RenewMe is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data at all times:

• Access: You can view all your data directly in the App
• Delete: You can delete individual documents or all data by uninstalling the App
• Portability: Your data stays on your device and is not transmitted anywhere
