TollMate UAE ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the TollMate UAE mobile application ("App").

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

TollMate UAE is designed with privacy in mind. Here is what the app does and does not collect:

Information stored locally on your device:

• Toll gate names and trip dates
• Parking location names and costs
• Fuel station names and costs
• Vehicle plate numbers, make and model
• Monthly budget preferences
• App notification preferences

Information we do NOT collect:

• Your real-time location or GPS data
• Financial or banking information
• Photos or images
• Contacts or call logs
• Any personally identifiable information

The information you enter into TollMate UAE is used solely for the following purposes:

• To display your toll, parking and fuel expenses on the dashboard
• To calculate monthly spending totals and breakdowns
• To send local budget alert notifications when you exceed your limit
• To generate monthly PDF expense reports
• To remember your monthly budget and app preferences

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than those listed above.

All data you enter in TollMate UAE is stored locally on your device using SQLite database and SharedPreferences. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not backed up to any cloud server by us
• Is deleted when you uninstall the App or use Clear All Data
• Is your sole responsibility to back up if needed

TollMate UAE uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Services — for app distribution and updates.

These services have their own privacy policies and data practices, which we encourage you to review.

TollMate UAE displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob. These ads help keep the app free for all users. The app shows banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded ads and native ads.

AdMob may use cookies and device identifiers to show personalised or non-personalised ads. You can opt out of personalised advertising:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation

TollMate UAE is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data at all times:

• Access: View all your data directly in the App dashboard
• Delete: Use Settings → Clear All Data (requires biometric authentication) or uninstall the App
• Export: Export your monthly report as PDF from the Stats screen
• Portability: Your data stays on your device and is not transmitted anywhere

TollMate UAE uses biometric authentication (Face ID / Fingerprint) to protect sensitive actions such as clearing all data. This ensures only the device owner can permanently delete app data.

Since data is stored locally on your device, its overall security depends on your device's own security measures such as screen lock and operating system encryption.

We recommend keeping your device's operating system and the TollMate UAE app updated to the latest version.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
