How TollMate UAE Stores Your Data
All data you enter in TollMate UAE — including toll trips, parking expenses, fuel costs, vehicle details and budget settings — is stored locally on your device only.
We do not store any of your personal data on our servers. There is no account, no cloud sync, and no data transmission of any kind.
💡 The fastest way to delete all your data is to use the built-in Settings → Clear All Data feature inside the app, or simply uninstall TollMate UAE from your device.

Ways to Delete Your Data

Delete inside the app (Recommended)
Open TollMate UAE → Go to Settings → Tap "Clear all data" → Authenticate with Face ID or Fingerprint → All data permanently deleted instantly.

Delete individual expenses
Open TollMate UAE → Home screen → Tap any expense → Delete it individually without removing other data.

Uninstall the app
Long press the TollMate UAE icon on your device → Tap Uninstall. This permanently removes the app and all associated data from your device.

Email request
If you need written confirmation of data deletion, send us an email at [email protected]. We will confirm within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted
When you clear all data or uninstall the app, the following is permanently removed from your device:

Every Salik and Darb gate trip you logged

Every parking cost entry across all locations

Every fuel fill-up entry at any station

All vehicle information
Plate numbers, make, model and type for all vehicles

Monthly budget preferences and notification settings

Deletion Timeline
Since all data is stored locally on your device, deletion is immediate and permanent when you use the in-app Clear All Data feature or uninstall the app.
For email deletion requests, we will confirm the deletion process within 30 days of receiving your request.
⚠️ Data deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your expense history, vehicle records and settings cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting your PDF report from the Stats screen before deleting.
